Zahringer, Birmingham, mahogany 8 day single fusee English wall clock, c1860
CONDITION:
there are just a few minor veneer repairs, losses and lifts on this nicely polished case, and the carved 'ears' are intact. There is enough script visible to establish the listed maker name on the painted metal dial. The convex glass and cast brass bezel are fine, the pendulum is correct, and the heavy brass movement has been recently serviced. Hands are outstanding. Ht 23"
